An Offeror’s Statement is issued in compliance with the Securities Act (Real Property Proportionate Ownership Schemes) Exemption Notice 2002, outlining the details of the scheme. Each investor will acquire a proportion of the title to the property. Investors receive projected annual pre-tax cash returns paid monthly. Our current returns are in the vicinity of 9 – 11% per annumn. The property is managed by Commercial Investment Properties Limited.
Commercial Investment Properties Limited provide a secondary market for all property investments, this allows for a greater degree of liquidity in comparison to other property investment structures.
